Paradise Coconut Cottage is a wonderful private villa which is set among tropical gardens and lush foliage. There are two separate cottages.

The 3 bedroom cottage is the main villa with a private swimming pool. Walk a short distance to the second cottage with 2 additional bedrooms. Rent the entire property of 5 bedrooms.

If you only need 2 or 3 bedrooms, you may rent the cottages separately. This is a wonderful way to experience a Jamaican villa in one of the most prestigious areas in Montego Bay - just minutes away from the established Round Hill Resort and Beach Club.

Bedroom 1: Mahogany 4-poster king bed. This is a large bedroom which opens onto the verandah by large louvered doors.

Bedroom 2: Mahogany 4 poster Queen bed with double doors to the garden and pool.

Bedroom 3: Mahogany 4 poster queen bed with double doors to the garden and pool area.

Cottage:
Bedroom 4: Large private suite with Jamaican bamboo 4 poster king bed. This bedroom looks out to the sea and lush rolling country side.

Coconut Cottage has a staff of 4 which includes a cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener/security.

From the Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) drive past the round about, turn right at the 2nd roundabout and head (west towards Negril). Go through the "Hip Strip"/"Bottom Road" , on to Howard Cooke Boulevard head towards Bogue , over the Great River Bridge onto Dr. Aston King highway... Continue heading west past the Great River bridge  take the 2nd turning on the left (approximately 1 mile)  just before Round Hill hotel. Turn left onto the lane (about 400 yards), Coconut Cottage is the 2nd turning on the right.

A minimum 30% deposit must be paid at the time of reservation if the booking is more than 61 days from arrival.

Cancellations - 61 days prior to departure date full refund less 30% cancellation fee plus costs incurred by PRM for credit card processing and bank wire transfers on money already paid. Less than 60 days no refund will be given.

All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and emailed to us promptly.
