All bathrooms are freshly renovated and have beautiful tile work, American style walk in showers and all new amenities. The villa has new furniture and furnishings, electronics and is freshly painted, kitchen wear are all new.

Paradise Valley High Villa can accommodate up to 20 guests and 2 babies. For groups larger than 20, we can add our next door sister villa for 10 more guests. Together these 2 lovely villas are ideal for large family celebrations, weddings, etc.

The living room and the huge veranda open up to an incredible view of the ocean and the mountains.You must see it to believe it.There are many outside terraces to lounge, all with the fabulous views.

A new Gazebo/Pavilion has been built for guests enjoyment and a separate guest bathroom for any visitors.  Backyard garden offers a place for casual barbeque cooking and games on the lawn.

There is a sound system that plays CDs, cassettes, FM/AM radio and the import for MP3 players. There is also a TV with a DVD and VCR player. There is a large video library available for guest’s enjoyment.

We are presently waiting for the cable company to pull the service up to the hills...Our housekeeper is available for baby-sitting, special services like ironing, guest laundry or hair braiding, for an agreed extra fee. Children love her, she is adorable.

Special arrangements can be made to hire a life guard for the pool area, for an extra fee. We also offer you the services of a professional licensed massage therapist and personal trainer, full range of spa treatments available, all at the privacy of the villa.

The villa offers 7 bedrooms with brand new Ensuite bathrooms with beautiful stone/tile work and modern walking showers.  4 rooms have 20 ft vaulted ceilings with fans and a/c and a great view from every window.

3 of the bedrooms have either 2 twin beds or 1 king. The fourth one is especially large with 2 full size beds and a separate lounge area. Two smaller bedrooms located on the lower level, share a bathroom in the middle.  

One has one full bed and the other 2 twins.There is a deck outside these bedrooms opening to a fabulous view of the ocean and the mountains.

Paradise Valley High villa is only 20 minutes from Ocho Rios, where all the activities are found such as the famous Dunns River Falls, Island Village Shopping center, Duty Free Shops, Craft Markets. You are also conveniently located to the Dolphin Cove where you can swim with the dolphins.

For the golfer, there is the Breezes Super Club Championship Golf Course right at the bottom of the Cardiff Hall hills, (also a walking distance) and the guests of Paradise Valley High will have special rates to play on this magnificent 18 hole championship course.

Just a few minutes walk down the hill, there is the Heart Hotel which is a charming small hotel, with a great restaurant and a bar on the beautiful terrace by the pool, looking down over the golf course onto the ocean.  

If you like to go out for more action, whether during the days or for more party and dancing at night, your choices are not limited in Runaway Bay. There are lots of all inclusive grand resorts along the beach nearby. As a Paradise Valley High guest, you can join the fun at these Super Clubs for a very good discounted fee (around $50 per person for a day or evening, all inclusive).  

There are also lots of small beach bars and other fun local places where one can enjoy a true Jamaican experience with music, food and the friendly people of
this unique island.   Just opened an exclusive night club called Club Jamaica Jamaica right at Cardiff Hall minutes walk down the hill.

Runaway Bay, so called because the last Spaniards allegedly left Jamaica from here after their final defeat by the British is now a peaceful beach front village. Five villas are located in Runaway Bay, about 10 miles west of Ocho Rios.

Runaway Bay is known for its powdery 3 mile white sand beach. Located just under a half an hour away from Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay shares the same attractions and activities.

The first Jamaicans, the Arawak Indians (Tainos) found shelter in the caves initially. Proof of this is evident in the multiple fragments of pottery and adzes that are unearthed from time to time. During the period of take-over by the English, the caves were used as a hideout for the Spaniards who were being driven out of the country.
• Sandals Golf & Country Club - located in the hills just above the eastern end of the Ocho Rios area, this course with its narrow fairways, offers a challenging test of your game in a spectacular setting.

Grocery Shopping:

• L&M Meats - is your closest option for groceries. They accept Visa and MasterCard.
• General Foods - in downtown Ocho Rios is the largest supermarket in the area, and has the widest variety of products. They accept most major credit cards.
• Moneysworth Meats - in Ocho Rios is the best place to buy meats and poultry.
• The Ocho Rios Market - on the eastern edge of downtown offers fresh fruits and vegetables. This can be an interesting experience, but we recommend that at least on your first visit, you have your villa cook, or one of the staff accompany you.
• The White River - in Ocho Rios is a good source for fresh fish and possibly lobster. The fishermen sell their catch there in the mid to late afternoons.

Shopping:

• Island Village - is the newest shopping and entertainment complex in Ocho Rios, featuring a variety of stores, restaurants, night life and a movie theater.
• Taj Mahal - offers dozens of stores selling jewelry, clothing, souvenirs, cigars and other items.
• Ocean Village - in the center of town offers a variety of stores, banks and restaurants
• Harmony Hall - exhibits and sells paintings and sculptures by top Jamaican artiest. Downstairs is the delightful Toscaninis Italian restaurant.
